My name is Talya Faggart and I'm currently an anchor and reporter at KWQC in Davenport, Iowa.

 

   Throughout my career, I've recieved contributions and bylines for national stories, covered historical events such as the August 2020 Midwest derecho, and reported for special projects and feature stories in the Quad Cities area. I've had the pleasure of my reporting being included in KWQC's submission for a regional Edward R. Murrow Award for Overall Excellence in 2021.

   As an anchor and multi-skilled journalist, I strive to use stories to connect communities together and solve problems. I also enjoy giving an audience insight into people's stories and experiences through creating and producing.
